Meet the Band...
Riding out the aftershocks of a worldwide pandemic, new Memphis-based band SKIFF has crafted their brand of melodic hard rock and are ready to bring it to the stage. The three-piece is comprised of bassist & debuting vocalist Mike Palvado (Disembrace, Against the Horizon), guitarist Joe "Redbeard" Cassatta (Cult of the Flag, Killjay), and drummer Tim Krause.

"I had BAD writer's block for almost a decade and had pretty much given up on music. Joe & Tim had started jamming together and kept asking me to come play. They wouldn't take no for an answer so I finally did it, and even with me subconsciously resisting the chemistry was instantaneous. The dam broke and what seems like years of pent up music & lyrics just came pouring out. It's definitely a new experience for me."

"It feels really good to be able to write music for us, the band. All of these songs, I personally enjoy playing. I've missed the stage greatly and I'm looking forward to getting back out in the scene. I truly hope my friends, and future friends, enjoy the music as much as we do."
